Niasar cascade originates from Talar Spring (Alexandria) located near the propeller arc in a way that two-third of the water goes to the waterfall and then to Niasar fields, and one-third goes to the new district. The water of the waterfall is at its minimum volume in autumn and at its maximum volume in winter.
