This mosque was constructed by Hakim Davoud a physician of Shah Abbas. The mosque’s highlights include number of brick-and-tile decorations, stunning pieces if calligraphy and inscriptions in angular Kufic. The other features are an exquisite moqarnas decorated mihrab and a beautiful inlaid minbar. The dome of the sanctuary has the same echo effect that one can observe in the Imam Mosque.
