Golestan is one of the historical dams in Khorasan province which is located at the distance of 8 kilometers in west of Mashhad on Golestan River.

Nowadays, this dam is considered as a touristy area. This structure is related to Timurid dynasty. Golestan Dam is built in area that the width of valley is narrower.
