Dokhaharan Lake is located on western hillside of Mount Damavand and is named Dokhaharan because of nearby mounts. Lake is located 3880 meters higher than sea level and its primary inflow is melted snows beside rain on the nearby mounts; this lake is not very deep and the water is too cold.
